Stuart CookeDirector of Global Development

Stuart Cooke has been a real estate broker for forty years working in his family’s vacation real estate business on Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Stuart started developing vacation real estate in 1978. Over the years he has developed dozens of real estate developments in coastal North Carolina totaling over a third of a billion dollars. Developments have included grocery stores, retail shops, hotel projects, condominium and single family lot communities. • In his real estate career he has also sold thousands of beach vacation properties managing hundreds of houses and vacation properties for others through his family business, Cooke Realty renting approximately one hundred thousand family vacations in his career. • Stuart’s education includes Stanton Military Academy at Stanton Virginia, Fork Union Military Academy at Fork Union Virginia, and University of North Carolina at Wilmington, N.C. • He has served on many philanthropic boards over the years and most recently serving seven years as a trustee for the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth Kansas. • Stuart is the co-founder of EnviRemed Environmental Services that offers products and services in the field of environmental remediation with clients world wide. • He is married to his wife Tami of 27 years and they have 15 year old triplets, Thomas, Henry and Grace. Joe RobertsonDirector of Engineering

CEO of International Safety Systems, manufacturer of Halon Fire extinguishing systems for aircraft, watercraft, and commercial vehicles • Managed new product development, environmental field services, product manufacturing and bioremediation treatment protocols for BioEnviroTech, Inc • General Manager for Parker Engineering and Chemicals, a power engineering firm. Responsible for developing new markets for the chemical additives and electronic monitoring systems for powerhouse boiler and cooling systems • Directed a team to construct and operate a pilot plant to test the efficacy of a treatment process to remediate Plutonium from soil from the Nevada Test Site for DOE • Directed the construction and startup of a production plant for making microbial bioremediation products • Mr. Robertson has a BS in Engineering from United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and a MBA in General Management from Furman University, Greenville, SC. Jimmy GodbeyGeneral Counsel

Mr. Godbey has been a partner and General Counsel for EnviRemed since 2007 were he is responsible for negotiation of numerous technology licenses for emerging technologies throughout the world.  While with EnviRemed Mr. Godbey has secured two Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) with the US Department of Agriculture as well as a contract with the South Florida Water Management District.  Along with being General Counsel for EnviRemed Mr. Godbey operates as the managing partner of Liles and Godbey a NC based law firm concentrated in transactional law.  There he has assisted in incorporating over one thousand companies, the sale and/or purchase of over one hundred companies.  His firm is on an approved list for closing transactions with all major US, and many foreign transaction banks.  Before his law career Mr. Godbey was a member of the NC National Guard 120th Infantry Regiment, 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team.
